The municipality of Ždiar belongs to the most visited ski resorts in the High Tatras. There are two big ski centres here and many ski-slopes directly in the municipality. Strednica – one of the most favourite ski centres offers beautiful experiences of skiing. There are also many ski-lifts for the beginners and the advanced here.

Bachledova valley – one of the most visited ski resorts in surroundings. There are some ski-lifts and chair-lift, which connects Bachledová valley with the ski resort Jezersko. Suitable for advanced skiers as well.
